Oven Roasted Chicken Soup and Vegetables


2 lbs. chicken
2 ½ lbs. assorted vegetables (squash, zucchini, red potatoes, onions, peppers, carrots, mushrooms)
2 tbs. olive oil
1 envelope of Lipton soup (savory herb garlic mix)

Preheat oven to 450°.
Combine all ingredients until evenly coated. Bake uncovered, basting occasionally for 50 minutes or until chicken is done and vegetables are tender.
